"Happy Birthday Taki" World Famous Santorini Greek Kitchen Buffet

For this buffet, we're celebrating Taki's birthday! Same great food, same great friends! Be sure to wish Taki a Happy Birthday when you see him at the buffet!

Traditional Greek Salad - mixed greens, tomatoes, kalamata olives, slivered onions, cucumbers, feta cheese and Santorini's signature oil/vinegar dressing Mezadaki - baba ganoush, tzaziki, hummus, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, feta cubes, kalamata olives

Spanakopita - spinach and cheese wrapped in phyllo and baked

Tiropita - creamed feta wrapped in phyllo and baked
