Jeanette's "Pop-Up Fundraiser" for the Damien Center with a Santorini Greek Kitchen buffet

The menu will include: 

Traditional Greek Salad - mixed greens, tomatoes, kalamata olives, slivered onions, cucumbers, feta cheese and Santorini's signature oil/vinegar dressing Mezadaki - baba ganoush, tzaziki, hummus, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, feta cubes, kalamata olives 

Spanakopita - spinach and cheese wrapped in phyllo and baked 

Tiropita - creamed feta wrapped in phyllo and baked 

Pita - beautifully grilled flat bread 

Taki's Famous Greek Potatoes - lemon garlic potatoes
